Midwest Accident Reconstruction Services, L.C. requires that reconstructionists employed by the company be accredited by the ACTAR, Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. ACTAR is the only organization that actually tests prospective applicants by examination with problems related to the field of Accident Reconstruction. Stan was Chairman and served on the Test Questions Examination Committee.  Also, he had partial responsibility in ACTAR’s examination process.
