Midwest Accident Reconstruction Services, L.C. was started in September of 1991. The company is owned by Stan and Debora Oglesby.

The company continues to experience growth due to our insistence on quality, unbiased analyses of collisions and mechanical/vehicle fire inspections.

Midwest Accident Reconstruction Services, L.C. requires that reconstructionists employed by the company be accredited by the ACTAR, Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. ACTAR is the only organization that actually tests prospective applicants by examination with problems related to the field of Accident Reconstruction. Stan served as Chairman and served on the Test Questions Examination Committee.  Also, he had partial responsibility in ACTAR’s examination process.
