Heavy Truck Investigations

Midwest Accident Reconstruction Services, L.C. specializes in the inspection, investigation, and reconstruction of heavy truck crashes. We have on-staff certified personnel who can perform Level 1 and 2 inspections on commercial motor vehicles and drivers, in accordance with the North American Standard Safety Inspection. Our reconstructionists, also, are very knowledgeable regarding the safety regulations governing heavy trucks, specifically Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

We also have the capabilities to download the Electronic Control Module (ECM) of heavy truck engines that potentially contain crash-related data.  Some of these engines contain date and time-stamped information.  It is important to remember that portions of this data are continually being overwritten.
